Our thorough knowledge of the RE market and direct access to the RE price database at the Paris Chamber of Notaries enables to provide an objective evaluation of your property.

This can be used when considering gifts, inheritance, wealth tax declaration and sale or purchase of your property.

Help in Tax Adjustment

In the case of a request for information or tax adjustment by the Tax Administration regarding the marketable value you have declared for your property assets, our department is able to assist or even represent you. This help consists notably in trying to justify your evaluation thanks to our professional database.

Real Estate negotiations

Our RE negotiations department works closely with a network of fifty notary offices in Paris and its suburbs (NEGONOTAIRE). Our data are shared on internet in order to satisfy your demand quickly and efficiently.

This network enables an easy access to our property advertisements which are also published in national newspapers.

The Notary, a public officer, is under an obligation to apply a legal price scale resulting from the Decree of 8 March 1978.

Our fees are legally fixed in this activity as follows:

  • from 0 to 45,734 € : 5 % (excl. VAT)
  • Above 45,734 €: 2.5 % + 1,143 € (excl. VAT).

The current VAT rate is 19.6 %.

These fees are paid by the purchaser and not included in the tax base.

In correlation with your RE purchase, our teams can advise you with your bank negotiation in order for you to choose the best way to purchase (own name, SCI, etc…) taking into account your personal assets and your objectives.

The notary is also there to set up guarantees requested by the lender (mortgages, collaterals, escrows). The role of the notary is to bring together all these services to give you appropriate advice regarding your personal situation.
